ORDER (by docket entry only): Plaintiff, anchoring her allegation in "the language of the Medical Plan" attached to the complaint, alleges, "[m]en do not need to meet any specific definition of 'infertility' to qualify for coverage of fertility treatments and expenses." (Dkt. 46 para. 19.) But she doesn't cite the specific part of the 118-page Plan that shows as much. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file a one-page document--no later than August 18, 2026--supplying that part and, more broadly, which portion(s) show male fertility benefits and treatments are covered and what kinds of benefits and treatments they are entitled to under the plan.
