USCA Order: In a September 15, 2022 order, this Court consolidated appeal nos. 22-10620, 22-10821, and 22-12788. On April 13, 2023, the appellants in appeal no. 22-12788 filed a motion to dismiss in only appeal no. 22-12788. The Clerk granted the motion to dismiss appeal no. 22-12788. In the April 13, 2023 motion, Appellant Regis Vaughn Mitchom stated that he also was moving to dismiss the related appeals pursuant to the parties settlement agreement. Although the motion did not specify the appeal numbers for the related appeals, the Court understood the related appeals to be appeal nos. 22-10620 and 22-10821. To avoid any confusion, the Court thereafter issued an order, informing Mitchom that it read his motion as seeking dismissal of appeal nos. 22-10620 and 22-10821, and directing Mitchom to inform the Court within 14 days whether this was his intent. More than 14 days have passed, and Mitchom has not responded to the Courts order. Because he was given notice that the Court understood his motion to seek dismissal of appeal nos. 22-10620 and 22-10821, and because he has given us no reason not to do so, we hereby DISMISS those appeals re: 63 Notice of Appeal, filed by Regis Vaughn Mitchom, and 47 Notice of Appeal, filed by Regis Vaughn Mitchom. Case Appealed to USCA- 11th Circuit. Case Numbers 22-10620-CC and 22-10821-CC. (pjm)
