ORDER: Having found good cause, the Court GRANTS Defendant Soto's Rule 55(c) motion to set aside the Clerk of Court's entry of default against her. See ECF Nos. 27 , 34 . The Court therefore DENIES Plaintiff's motion for default judgment without prejudice to renew should either Defendant fail to answer or otherwise respond to the Second Amended Complaint by July 20, 2026. See ECF No. 33 .Counsel for all parties are directed to file on the docket (i) a joint letter describing the case and (ii) a completed civil case management plan, including Attachments A-C, by August 19, 2026, as further described in the attached mandatory requirements. Requests for adjournment of the deadline for these submissions will be considered only if made in writing and otherwise in accordance with Section I.C of the Court's Individual Practices.
