Unified Life Ins Co, 147 F.4th 583 (5th Cir. 2025) and the United States Supreme Court's Order denying Unified Life Insurance Company's ("Defendant") petition for writ of certiorari, whose decisions are incorporated into this Order as if set forth in their entirety, the Court ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that: 1. The 54 Amended Final Judgment entered on 4/26/2024 is VACATED. 2. United States Fire Insurance Company's ("Plaintiff") 31 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED; 3. Defendant's 26 Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED; 4. Defendant's declaratory-judgment counter claim is DISMISSED with prejudice; 5. Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff on Count I of Plaintiff's 1 Original Complaint. 6. Plaintiff and Defendant are to bear their own costs.
