ORDER: The 28 Third Motion to Compel filed by Plaintiff's counsel is GRANTED. Within 14 days of the date of this Order, Defendant, Specialty Industrial, LLC, is ordered to provide complete written responses to the Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents propounded to it on or about February 19, 2026. Pursuant to Rule 37(a)(5)(A), Defendant is ordered to pay Plaintiff's counsel reasonable expenses in the amount of $750.00 within 14 days of the date of this Order. The 29 Motion to Extend Deadlines filed by Plaintiff's counsel is GRANTED. The deadline for Plaintiff's counsel to complete discovery related to direct communications with Plaintiff, negotiation of the purported settlement, preparation and execution of settlement documents, the terms and conditions of the settlement, and Plaintiff's deportation is now August 10, 2026. The deadline for Plaintiff's counsel to file motions for attorney's fees and costs, sanctions, and/or settlement approval or to withdraw as counsel of record is now September 9, 2026.
