MINUTE ORDER: Pursuant to the Scheduling Order in this case, ECF 9, the Parties informed the Court via email earlier today of two discovery disputes regarding Plaintiff's employment records and Defendants' request that Plaintiff undergo a physical examination. The Court ORDERS the Parties to appear for a Discovery Hearing on April 13, 2022, at 1:30 PM. The hearing will be on the record and conducted via telephone. The Court's Deputy Clerk will provide the information necessary to access the call. The Court further ORDERS that Defendants, prior to the hearing, file on the public docket in this case any written discovery requests at issue, e.g., the proposed authorization for release of Plaintiff's employment records.
