PAPERLESS ORDER CANCELING DISCOVERY STATUS CONFERENCE: I have reviewed the parties' Joint Discovery Status Report 86 . In light of the parties' representation that they have completed substantial document discovery, have scheduled depositions, and have no reported discovery disputes, the discovery status conference set for August 13, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., is CANCELED. The parties shall file any appropriate motion seeking an extension of the discovery deadline to the extent necessary to complete the deposition of Dr. Robert Bobak, which they indicate is currently scheduled for after the current discovery deadline, or any additional discovery necessitated by resolution of the pending motion for leave to amend the complaint.
