Plaintiff's counsel will provide the two executed authorizations to Defendant by June 29, 2026. The Parties are in the process of rescheduling Plaintiff's CME in July and will file a joint motion for extension of expert witness disclosure deadline once they have a confirmed date. Plaintiff's counsel will confirm the new date of the CME with her client no later than June 26, 2026. The Court advised the Parties of the discovery deadline and advised the parties to contact chambers should the Parties need Court intervention on a discovery matter. Total time in court: 30 minutes.
