Order on Motion to Hold in Contempt Order on Motion for Sanctions
OPINION AND ORDER. The Court GRANTS Defendants' motion for contempt and sanctions [ECF 117 ]. The Court HOLDS CPM in civil contempt. To compel compliance with its Order, the Court ORDERS that CPM pay a $50 daily fine until it produces to Defendants the materials specified in the December 22, 2025 Order. CPM must also reimburse Defendants $2,500 for reasonable attorneys' fees expended in connection with the sanctions motion. The Court ORDERS Defendants to serve a copy of this Order on CPM in a manner prescribed by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4 within 14 days of entry of this Order. Defendants are ORDERED to file a notice with the Court upon CPM's production of all responsive materials. Said notice must be filed no later than three business days after Defendants' receipt of CPM's production. Within 30 days of service of this Order on CPM, CPM shall reimburse Defendants' attorneys' fees by sending a money order or cashier's check for $2,500 to defense counsel, by United States mail, return receipt requested, or other overnight delivery service that provides for delivery tracking. Counsel for Defendants shall notify the Court by filing a notice with the Court within three business days after receipt of such funds. Signed by Judge Steven D.
