Protective Order
PROTECTIVE ORDER. Under Rule 26(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and as set forth in the Court's previous Order, see ECF No. 214 ("[T]he Court notes that several of Ms. Li's responses to Defendants' discovery requests express concerns about disclosing certain information to Defendants. Thus, the Court will... require Defendants to file a proposed protective order to ensure the appropriate confidentiality and protection of the information, documents, and other materials produced during discovery."), the Court finds good cause for the issuance of a protective order and adopts Defendants' proposed protective order, ECF No. 217, for use in this case.

Order on Motion to Vacate
ORDER denying 219 Motion to Vacate; denying 221 Motion to Vacate; denying 225 Motion to Vacate.
Ms. Li has filed three motions requesting that the Court vacate its (1) Ruling and Order granting in part and denying in part Defendants' motion to compel, ECF No. 214 (Apr. 19, 2024); (2) Ruling and Order on Defendants' motions to dismiss, ECF No. 140 (Aug. 11, 2022); (3) Orders denying Plaintiff's motions for default entry, ECF Nos. 106-08 (Jan. 19, 2022); and (4) Orders granting motions to withdraw appearances on behalf of dismissed Defendants, ECF Nos. 222 (May 7, 2024), 224 (May 8, 2024).
The Court will also consider these as motions for reconsideration. See Shrader v. CSX Transp., Inc., 70 F.3d 255, 257 (2d Cir. 1995) ("The standard for granting [a motion for reconsideration] is strict, and reconsideration will generally be denied unless the moving party can point to controlling decisions or data that the court overlookedmatters, in other words, that might reasonably be expected to alter the conclusion reached by the court.").
Ms. Li presents no discernable bases for these motions other than alleging that the orders were fraudulent, invalid, void, unreasonable, or violations of her constitutional rights. See ECF No. 219 at 2 ("214 order is fraudulent and invalid."); ECF No. 221 at 4 ("Judge Bolden's denial of the plaintiff's motion for default entry 55(a) was fraudulent, void and unreasonable."); ECF No. 225 at 3 ("The plaintiff requests the court to vacate Order 140 and Orders 222 and 224 for their fraudulent, invalid, and a malicious violation of the plaintiff's constitutional rights."). As a result, Ms. Li has failed to point to any "controlling decisions or data that the court overlooked." Thus, the Court finds that Ms. Li has not met the standard for granting a motion for reconsideration.
Accordingly, Ms. Li's motions for reconsideration, ECF Nos. 219, 221, and 225, are DENIED.
