   ORDER ON MOTION FOR SANCTIONS (DKT. NO. 162 -1). Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED in part as to monetary sanctions for tasks reasonably related to Defendants' discovery misconduct. This includes (1) time spent reviewing Defendants' supp lemental declarations as submitted on February 25, 2026; (2) the costs of FOIA and public disclosure requests submitted to the cities of Seattle and Tacoma for information related to Plaintiffs claims for relief in this lawsuit; and (3) attorney and/ or paralegal time spent preparing the briefing and related filings for this motion. These categories SHALL be owed by all Defendants jointly and severally. In addition, the Court will award fees and costs related to the depositions of Defendants. The fees and costs associated with the depositions are owed individually by each defendant for their respective deposition. All other requests for evidentiary sanctions are DENIED.
   With respect to the specific tasks and subjects identified above, Plaintiff SHALL submit a fee declaration on or before September 9, 2026, that outlines the following:
   The date the task was completed; The number of hours worked on the task; The timekeeper engaged in the task; The timekeepers hourly rate; A detailed description of the task; and The total hours billed and total fees accrued for each timekeeper.
   Defendants may file a brief responding to Plaintiff's fee declaration no later than September 16, 2026. The response SHALL not exceed 10 pages and Plaintiff SHALL NOT file a reply. The Court will analyze the reasonableness of Plaintiff's request for such fees at that time and will enter an order accordingly. Signed by U.S. District Judge David G Estudillo.(MW)

   ORDER-The Court GRANTS the Parties stipulated motion (Dkt. #240) and DISMISSES this action with prejudice. However, the Court reserves ruling on Plaintiffs motion for sanctions (Dkt. No. 162-1) and will issue an order on said motion before entering final judgment in this case.Plaintiffs previously filed motion to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a) is DENIED as moot.
