ORDER DIRECTING ENTRY OF JUDGMENT. The Clerk shall enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff stating: Plaintiff RedHawk Medical Products & Services, LLC, shall recover from Defendant Dolphin Medical LLC, a total of $1,106,096.10, plus post-judgment interest at the federal rate from this date forward, for which sums let execution issue. The Clerk shall close the case file. The Court reserves jurisdiction to determine the amount of attorney's fees to which Plaintiff is entitled under La. Rev. Stat. §9:2781(A). Plaintiff has 28 days from the date of this Order to file a motion for attorney's fees and supporting documentation in accordance with Local Rule 54.1(E).
