Specifically, the Motion is granted in Defendants favor on Plaintiffs claims as follows: negligence based on the theory of negligent security; gross negligence in its entirety; negligent infliction of emotional distress; and Plaintiffs request for punitive damages. The Motion is denied in all other respects. Such denial is without prejudice, including as to the issues discussed in open court on Plaintiffs negligent training claim.
