ENDORSED ORDER: No later than September 14, 2026, the parties must apprise the Court of the result of their mediation on September 11, 2026. In the light of the late assignment of this case to the Court, should the parties not settle their claims at mediation, the parties must jointly file a memorandum of no more than 10 pages that describes the litigation to date and informs the Court as to what remains in controversy between the parties. The parties must file this memorandum no later than September 15, 2026.
