ORDER DISMISSING CASE FOR FAILURE TO PROSECUTE. On 8/7/2023, the court issued an Order to Show why this case should not be dismissed for failure to effectuate service and prosecute. The court's Order to Show Cause notified Plaintiffs that failure to respond would result in dismissal of the action for failure to prosecute. Plaintiffs have not responded to the court's Order to Show Cause as of the date of this Order. Accordingly, the court dismisses Plaintiffs' case without prejudice for failure to prosecute.
