PAPERLESS ORDER on 355 Paperless Order Requiring Motion to Withdraw as to Counsel for Amaxxo.
On August 7, 2026, Plaintiffs filed a Notice of Compliance and Status Report indicating that they have been unable to meet and confer with Defendant Amaxxo pursuant to the Court's July 15, 2026 Order, [ECF No. 344], because "counsel for Amaxxo has informed counsel for Plaintiffs that he is no longer authorized to represent Amaxxo in this matter." [ECF No. 350]. On August 20, 2026, the Court entered a Paperless Order providing that "[i]f counsel of record for Amaxxo, see [ECF No. 64], is no longer authorized to represent Amaxxo in this matter, he is ORDERED to file a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel on or before August 26, 2026."
To date, counsel for Amaxxo has not moved to withdraw as counsel. Accordingly, Defendant Amaxxo--through its current counsel--shall either meet and confer with Plaintiffs pursuant to [ECF No. 344] or file a response or answer to Plaintiffs' Complaint on or before September 14, 2026. Failure to do so will result in the entry of default against Amaxxo.

PAPERLESS ORDER Requiring Motion to Withdraw as to Counsel for Amaxxo.
On August 7, 2026, Plaintiffs filed a Notice of Compliance and Status Report, [ECF No. 350], certifying their compliance with the Court's July 16, 2026 Order, [ECF No. 344]. Plaintiffs' Notice indicated that four Defendants remained--Syintao, HCY, Vevor, and Amaxxo. See Not. Plaintiffs informed the Court that they met and conferred with Syintao, HCY, and Vevor, and they subsequently sought voluntary dismissal of these Defendants. See [ECF Nos. 351, 353].
Accordingly, Amaxxo is the only remaining Defendant in this action. In their Notice, Plaintiffs indicate that "counsel for Amaxxo has informed counsel for Plaintiffs that he is no longer authorized to represent Amaxxo in this matter. Plaintiffs currently have no method of meeting and conferring with Amaxxo." See Not.
If counsel of record for Amaxxo, see [ECF No. 64], is no longer authorized to represent Amaxxo in this matter, he is ORDERED to file a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel on or before August 26, 2026.
