USPS Agrees To Measures To Get Fla. Ballots In On Time

Law360 (October 28, 2020, 6:48 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Postal Service has made arrangements with each county supervisor of elections in Florida for the transfer of ballots on Election Day, and will refrain from routing ballots in the mail to far-flung sorting facilities, according to an agreement a Florida union presented in federal court on Wednesday.
