Rosetta Stone, Employees Seek To Escape Trade Secrets Suit
Law360, Miami (September 23, 2013, 7:33 PM EDT) -- Rosetta Stone Ltd. on Monday asked a Florida judge to toss a suit accusing it and its new employees of violating noncompete clauses and stealing trade secrets in favor of another suit over the same issues in California.
