Law360, New York (May 11, 2015, 12:27 PM EDT) -- After several years of trying, the Florida Legislature this year passed a comprehensive assisted living facility reform bill. The bill was originally introduced in the Florida House of Representatives and, after several amendments, it passed the House of Representatives and Florida Senate unanimously.
