Legislation Could Ease Litigation On Fla. Medical Pot Laws

Law360, Miami (May 16, 2017, 7:56 PM EDT) -- Legal experts expect litigation over the implementation of Florida's recently passed constitutional amendment expanding medical marijuana, but they say hope remains that state lawmakers, despite failing to pass bills to establish rules for the industry in their recently ended session, may yet reach such an agreement, which could mitigate some lawsuits.
