Law360 (March 7, 2018, 1:15 PM EST) -- On Aug. 18, 2017, dietary supplement ingredient supplier ChromaDex filed a citizen petition requesting that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration “investigate and take appropriate remedial action” against Elysium Health Inc., which markets the dietary supplement Basis.
