DOJ Hits Nev. Hospice With FCA Suit Over Medicare Bills
Law360, New York (November 26, 2014, 8:58 PM EST) -- A Las Vegas hospice aggressively lured non-terminally ill patients into its care in the hopes of reaping reimbursement from Medicare and Medicaid programs in violation of the False Claims Act, state and federal prosecutors said Tuesday.
