Pfizer Sets $75M Trovan Deal In Stone

Law360, New York (July 27, 2009, 4:35 PM EDT) -- Pfizer Inc. is reportedly set to finalize a settlement in its long-running legal feud with Nigeria's Kano state that will see it fork over $75 million, a fraction of the $2 billion the government had sought over allegations that the company's meningitis drug trials killed 11 children and caused brain damage in and paralyzed others.
