Nelson Mullins, Loeb Steer Cannabis-Focused SPAC's Filing

The Denver-based company said in its registration statement that it plans to offer 10 million units at $10 each, with the units consisting of one share of common stock and one-half of a warrant, exercisable at $11.50 per share.
