Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 3:37 PM EDT) -- Hoping to bypass a forum dispute in New York state court, 3M Co. on Wednesday sued Porton Capital Inc.'s CEO and counsel in the District of Columbia, again alleging they tried to intimidate 3M into paying more than $30 million over a derailed medical device.
