More Hospitals Hit HHS Over Medicare Reimbursement Cut
Law360, New York (November 16, 2015, 5:55 PM EST) -- Six hospitals asked an Ohio federal judge Friday to force the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to vacate a rule that cuts Medicare reimbursements of inpatient care by a fraction of a percent after a group of similar actions forced the department to re-examine the rule.
