By Jeff Overley (November 16, 2016, 6:16 PM EST) -- Zuckerman Spaeder LLP has scooped up the Obama administration's former top lawyer for health care, who predicted Wednesday that Republicans will tread lightly when overhauling the Affordable Care Act and that drugmakers will eventually get clarity regarding off-label promotion.
William B. Schultz joined Zuckerman's D.C. office this week after serving as general counsel for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from March 2011 to June 2016. Schultz practiced at Zuckerman for 10 years prior to his run at HHS, and he told Law360 on Wednesday that his return stems in no small part from the firm's flexibility.
