High Court To Weigh Murky Crime-Of-Violence Definition

Law360, New York (January 13, 2017, 10:15 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments Tuesday in an immigration dispute over whether part of the definition for a "crime of violence" is unconstitutionally vague, and experts say the case could both remove a deportation tool and open the door for future challenges to criminal provisions in immigration law.
