UK Dependencies Will Reveal Biz Owners To Stop Tax Havens

Law360, London (June 19, 2019, 6:09 PM BST) -- Crown dependencies Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man on Wednesday committed to making public the true owners of companies registered in their jurisdictions, as required under Europe’s latest money-laundering directive to fight tax evasion and the flow of dirty funds.
