UK Jury Finds Claims Management Firm Guilty In Data Trial

Law360, London (December 7, 2017, 9:29 PM GMT) -- An English crown court jury has found four individuals and a claims management firm guilty on a total of 15 criminal charges linked to breaches of data protection laws, in a case brought by the Information Commissioner’s Office as part of a wider investigation into how firms use the services of private investigators.
