Insurers Can't Evade New Claims In Dairy's Manure Suit

Law360 (May 16, 2018, 9:28 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge dismissed a claim Wednesday in a dairy operation’s suit against four insurers regarding underlying manure-contamination claims, saying the insurers were not required to inform the dairy operation about the possibility of mediation, but rejected two other theories.

The suit has already been through one round of summary judgment, but that was followed by an amended complaint after more documents came into plaintiff Cow Palace LLC’s possession.
