Law360, Washington (December 6, 2017, 9:58 PM EST) -- Most Senate Democrats condemned an October rollback of rules requiring insurance plans to cover birth control in a letter on Wednesday to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Acting Secretary Eric D. Hargan, arguing it flouted the law and denied preventive care through an impermissibly opaque, ideology-driven process.
