Key Changes To ICC Arbitration Rules

Law360, New York (December 6, 2011, 12:41 PM EST) -- The International Chamber of Commerce was established in 1919 to promote international trade and the resolution of commercial disputes by way of international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Its arbitral body, the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, was created in 1923 in Paris. It has since handled more than 16,000 cases and become a leading arbitral institution worldwide, with members originating from more than 90 different countries.
