McCain, Klobuchar Take 3rd Shot At Drug Import Bill

John McCain, R-Ariz., and Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., have introduced a bill that would allow individuals to import prescription drugs from Canada, where they can be significantly cheaper than the offerings in the U.S.
