ITC To Review Dumping Duty On Steel From 3 Asian Nations

Law360, Washington (March 16, 2017, 7:45 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will take a thorough look at long-standing anti-dumping duties on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Indonesia, South Korea and India after Indonesia requested a review based on its sharply reduced exports to the United States.

The so-called full sunset review will consider whether removing duties enacted in 2000 would harm domestic producers. The decision from the five-member commission was unanimous.
