Census Bureau Issues Final Rule On Export Reporting

Law360, Washington (April 19, 2017, 8:01 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Census Bureau has updated its rules to reflect a new system that allows exporters and importers to use a single electronic portal to send documentation to all relevant enforcement agencies, replacing what had been a duplicative and cumbersome process.
