Citing NAFTA Secrecy, Wyden Vows To Oppose Trade Noms

Near the close of the confirmation hearing for Kevin K. McAleenan, who has been tapped to head up U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Wyden called out the administration for failing to update the public with detailed summaries of its NAFTA negotiating objectives as required by federal law.
