Law360 (March 7, 2018, 9:45 PM EST) -- A Minnesota federal magistrate judge has granted pet gate maker North States Industries Inc.’s motion to pause patent infringement litigation brought by gate technology patent holder and rival Carlson Pet Products while North States seeks ex parte reexamination, a move that Carlson chalked up to “gamesmanship.”
