Fed. Circ. Upholds PTAB Win For Amazon On Signal Patents

Law360 (March 13, 2018, 7:24 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday affirmed two Patent Trial and Appeal Board decisions invalidating patents relating to signal processing in electronic media that were challenged by Amazon.com Inc., after a patent licensing company unsuccessfully urged the panel to revive the patents in oral arguments earlier this month.
