Prosthetic Liner Antitrust Claims Have Legs: Judge

Law360 (February 12, 2010, 5:21 PM EST) -- Alps South LLC has received a couple of big boosts in two patent infringement disputes with rival prosthetic limb liner maker The Ohio Willow Wood Co., with Alps winning its bid to add antitrust counterclaims in one suit and Ohio Willow losing its motion to dismiss a separate patent suit brought by its competitor.
