USPTO Patent Review Rules To Trigger Discovery Battles

Law360, San Diego (February 14, 2012, 3:38 PM EST) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s new rules for post-grant and inter partes reviews mandated under the America Invents Act are expected to set off a wave of discovery fights at the agency, according to intellectual property lawyers.
