University Says Cancer Research Team Defected, Stole IP

Law360, New York (August 3, 2012, 9:40 PM EDT) -- Thomas Jefferson University sued three cancer researchers affiliated with the university for breach of contract in Pennsylvania state court Friday, contending that the researchers conspired to jump ship to the University of Manchester and steal intellectual property belonging to Jefferson.
