House Dems Push For China Trade Secret Theft Designation

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 3:57 PM EDT) -- Two top Democrats from the House Ways and Means Committee on Thursday urged the U.S. Trade Representative to formally single out China for trade secret theft, a designation that could allow the Obama administration to collect additional import duties from the Asian superpower.
