AIA Prior Art Submission System Picks Up Steam

Law360, Washington (May 10, 2013, 9:37 PM EDT) -- A new America Invents Act procedure allowing third parties to submit prior art for pending patent applications has attracted hundreds of submissions, but another system allowing patentees to supplement their issued patents has been little-used in comparison, a U.S. Patent and Trademark official said Friday.
