Shutdown Puts ITC Patent Cases Into Deep Freeze

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 12:13 AM EDT) -- Patent cases at the U.S. International Trade Commission may face significant disruptions due to the government shutdown that began early Tuesday, intellectual property attorneys say, although business at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and U.S. Copyright Office will see less of an impact.
