Del. Court Issues Warrant In WL Gore Trade Secrets Case

By Allissa Wickham (April 8, 2014, 7:40 PM EDT) -- The Delaware Chancery Court on Monday issued an arrest warrant for a former W.L. Gore & Associates Inc. scientist whom the medical device company has accused of stealing trade secrets, following the ex-employee's failure to surrender his passports and visas to the court.

Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons Jr. issued a bench warrant for defendant Huey Shen Wu after the former Gore employee failed to submit to the court his U.S. and Taiwanese passports, as well as his Chinese visas.
