Relearning The Lessons Of Korematsu's Case

To that distinguished list today we add the name of Fred Korematsu.” With those words, President Bill Clinton, in 1998, placed the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation’s highest civilian honor, around the neck of Fred Toyosaburo Korematsu.
