Justices Won't Review Oil Well Tech Patent Axed Under Alice

Law360, New York (March 6, 2017, 7:10 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday turned down an appeal of a Federal Circuit decision that found a TDE Petroleum patent for oil well management technology was invalid under Alice because its claims were too abstract and familiar.
