Fed. Circ. Affirms Credit Report Patent Invalid Under Alice

Law360, New York (March 15, 2017, 8:01 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a lower court's ruling that a FormFree Holdings Corp. patent on technology for providing credit reports is invalid for claiming only abstract ideas, going so far as to call the patent "the height of abstraction."
