Pirate Joe’s Ordered To Stop Reselling Trader Joe’s Products

Law360, New York (August 2, 2017, 9:53 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Wednesday ordered the operator of a Vancouver store called Pirate Joe’s to stop reselling merchandise purchased from Trader Joe’s Co., affirming an arbitrator’s enforcement of a settlement the operator reached with the grocery chain.
